We can manage projects from development to working with CRO and external partners for manufacturing. On projects we have presented to our client as a single window solution from sourcing of API’s to developing the product in house and having it manufactured at an external partner. Our quotes had a complete breakdown of Development cost, quotes from external partners (CRO’s and CMO’s), cost for API and Excipients. Client also appreciated break down of the cash flow we presented according to the project timelines. This gave clarity to our customer on the total spend for the project.
One of our other experience was related to API availability....
One of our other experience was related to API availability for two projects. Given the relationships we have within the industry we have been able to convince one supplier to revive the API they had discontinued. On the other API we were able to secure the supplies presenting the value proposition for our client as well to the API supplier. One of our core values is Transparency and this has helped to conclude the deal.

Being in the business of CDMO, project management is an important factor for success. We believe in communicating the projects in a timely manner. On certain occasions projects do face challenges be it internal or external. The key in these situations is communicating the challenges in timely manner. Our experience has always been when we communicate such challenges, we exchange ideas on how it can be solved. This brings in lot of trust and faith into the relationship. We continue to look at new tools to deploy in our project management which makes it convenient for our clients to track projects.

When we quote on a project we lay out all assumptions as part of our detailed proposal. This helps the Client to understand what is in the scope of Axxelent and the Client. Our milestones are clearly defined as it helps the Client to understand how it is linked to progress of the project. One of our Client has expressed the Proposal is too detailed but appreciated the clarity in brings so the projects does not get stalled in the future due to misunderstanding on the scope of the Client and Axxelent.
